At ITZY, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund or exchange within 14daysof receiving your items.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure that:

  1. The item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  2. The item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  3. You provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

Please note the following guidelines:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Please allow 5-7 business daysfor the refund to reflect in your account.
